A snowmobile tour in Norway

Drive your own snowmobile across the Nordkyn Peninsula, from the fishing village of Kjøllefjord to Mehamn, beneath star-filled skies and, with luck, the Northern Lights.

Highlights

Drive a snowmobile over the mountain between Kjøllefjord and Mehamn.

Hear the guides tell their stories about life in the Arctic.

Look to the sky for a chance to see the magical northern lights.

See the world’s northernmost mainland town, Mehamn.

How it works

After a thorough safety briefing and training session with experienced instructors, you’ll set off across the Nordkyn Peninsula through snow-covered valleys and dramatic mountain scenery. As you travel, your guides will share insights into the landscape, the indigenous Sámi people, and life in this extraordinary corner of the Arctic.

The season shapes every journey. In winter, Polar Night casts the mountains in deep shades of blue, and the aurora borealis may dance overhead. In spring, the returning sun illuminates the snowy valleys and fills the landscape with light.

Our adventure ends in Mehamn, where you’ll rejoin the ship.
