How it works

Setting off from the ship, we’ll begin our guided cycling tour of Trondheim along the fjord, following the city’s network of dedicated bike lanes. We’ll cross the new bicycle bridge and enjoy excellent views of Munkholmen Island—often described as Trondheim’s answer to Alcatraz. From here, we’ll cycle through the neighborhood of Ila and along the Nid River, where you’ll spot the impressive Nidaros Cathedral.

Entering the vibrant Bakklandet district, we’ll stop for coffee and pastries at one of the area’s many cozy cafés. On our return to the ship, we’ll pass through the historic city center and the revitalized Solsiden district, a former shipyard that has become one of Trondheim’s most popular waterfront destinations.
