We begin our hike along an old farm road before climbing a rugged mountain trail to the summit, ascending a stone staircase for the final 1,640 feet. Upon reaching the top, you’ll be rewarded with spectacular panoramic views.
We then continue along the trail to a viewpoint overlooking the village of Sæbø, where we’ll explore an abandoned bear cave.
Before descending, we’ll pause for a coffee break in the Leknes Valley, soaking up breathtaking views of the fjord and surrounding mountains. On the return journey, we’ll stop by the local grocery store before rejoining the ship.
