Travel with children

There’s no minimum age to travel with Hurtigruten, so guests of all ages are welcome. Children under 12 do need to travel with an adult, and please note that some excursions may have their own minimum age requirements.

Yes, interconnecting cabins are available on all of our ships – perfect for families or groups travelling together. To arrange one, simply get in touch with our Customer Service Centre and we’ll be happy to help.

Yes, each ship has a select number of cabins that can accommodate a baby crib. This will replace one of the beds in your cabin and costs NOK 130. Availability varies by ship, so we recommend contacting our Customer Service Centre to book one in advance.
