Refunds and cancellations

If you’d like to change or cancel your booking before your trip, please contact us at [email protected]. Note that cancellation and admin fees will apply (see below).

Yes. If your plans change, you may be entitled to a partial refund. The amount depends on how close to departure you cancel.

  • 90 days or more: 25% cancellation fee

  • 60–89 days: 40% cancellation fee

  • 28–59 days: 70% cancellation fee

  • 14–27 days: 90% cancellation fee

  • Less than 14 days: 100% cancellation fee (no refund)

The process depends on your situation:

  • After your voyage: For refund requests, feedback or complaints, please complete our refund request form.

  • Before your voyage: Cancellations are subject to our terms and conditions, including any applicable fees. Any remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method. If you paid by bank transfer, we’ll contact you to arrange the refund.

We understand how important it is to receive your refund promptly. All refunds are processed in line with legal requirements, and we always aim to complete this as quickly as possible.

If there is any delay, you’ll receive an update from us to keep you informed. In the meantime, you’re very welcome to reply to your original email confirmation – simply include your reference number and our Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you further.

Although we always do our best to stick to the itinerary, the weather along the Norwegian coast can have other plans. In case of very bad weather or dense fog, we always choose safety first. If your trip is affected, you will be notified via SMS or email. You can also check our sailing plan for live updates.

In cases where we cancel a call, either all or part of your journey will be refunded. Please complete our refund form and a member of our Feedback Team will be in touch.

We always do our best to follow the planned itinerary, but the weather along the Norwegian coast can be unpredictable. On occasion, excursions may be cancelled due to weather conditions or low participation.

If this happens:

  • If you booked in advance: You’ll receive an automatic refund after your trip, usually within 3 weeks of your return.

  • If you booked on board: You won’t be charged.
