Managing your booking

Yes. Once your booking is complete, we’ll send a confirmation email with your booking reference number and payment reference number, which you’ll need to access My Booking or make any payments.

If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or junk folder. Please note: any bookings made on the weekend will receive their confirmation the following Monday.

You can view and manage your booking details at any time through My Booking. Simply enter your booking reference number and the email address used when booking.  Note that only the lead passenger can access My Booking, but they can share access with other passengers.

If your booking was made through a travel agency, access to My Booking is not available. Please contact your agent directly to access your booking details and make any changes.

If you’d like to change or cancel your booking before your trip, please contact us at [email protected]. Note that cancellation and admin fees will apply (see below).
