Yes. We have a variety of arrival and departure packages available with flights, transfers and hotels. For peace of mind, when you book the whole package directly with Hurtigruten, you’ll have access to assistance 24/7 including while you are travelling. Find out more on our Packages page.
We can organise hotels and public transfers in Bergen, Oslo, Kirkenes, Tromsø and Longyearbyen. Find more information about which hotels and transfers are available for your voyage on our Arrival and Departure pages.
Not every voyage includes arrival and departure packages; availability depends on your chosen itinerary. You can browse the available options during the ‘Extras’ step when booking online, or our Customer Service Team is happy to help discuss the options with you.

Transfers in Oslo, Bergen and Tromsø are operated by public and official transport services within each city, offering a straightforward and familiar way to reach your ship. In Kirkenes, chartered buses run on a set schedule, making your onward journey simple and well organised.
If arriving or departing in Longyearbyen, transfers are also provided by chartered buses. We kindly ask that you print and bring the transfer voucher included in your “Voucher” email, as this will be needed to board your transfer.

If you have booked your transfer with us, you will receive a separate email with your QR code. If you have booked through an agency, please contact them directly.

While there won’t be a Hurtigruten representative waiting at the airport, your transfer has been carefully arranged and is straightforward to use.

In Bergen, Kirkenes and Tromsø, transfers booked through us can accommodate guests who use wheelchairs. To help everything run smoothly, we kindly ask that this service is pre-booked with details such as the wheelchair type (foldable, electric, etc.), its measurements, and any specific requirements.
Please note that scheduled transfers operate with designated bus stops, so they are not able to stop directly outside hotels or terminals.
