We’ll meet our guides in the city centre and get kitted out with all the necessary gear. After receiving a safety briefing, we’ll paddle out on the water for an unforgettable tour of the town, stopping off at several points for photo opportunities.
Dating back to the Viking Age, Ålesund is renowned throughout Norway and beyond for its architecture. After a devastating fire in 1904 ravaged the town, it was rebuilt in the popular style at the time; Art Nouveau. You’ll see plenty of ornate buildings dotted along the waterside as our guides tell stories about the town’s history.
