What is being upgraded?
1. Cabins and interior décor
Signature voyages are all about relaxation and a calm onboard atmosphere, and so we are refurbishing the public spaces as well as many of the cabins on MS Midnatsol to reflect this. Expect more double and outside cabins, as well as the addition of more suites for those who enjoy sailing in high style.
2. Signature restaurants
Onboard restaurants will get a fine-dining upgrade. Feast on bountiful breakfasts, lunch buffets and buffet or à la carte dinners in Flora, the main restaurant. Gather in Sámi-inspired Brasserie Árran for hearty classics. Or dine on exquisite dishes crafted by our most skilled chefs at Røst.
3. 1893 Bar
Settle down in a comfortable chair behind the huge windows on the two-story observation deck that will host our Signature 1893 Bar as you sip a drink laced with the flavors and remarkable stories of the Norwegian coast.
4. Outdoor hot tubs
Sit back and relax in one of two new outdoor hot tubs as you take in the ever-changing panorama of sea, sky and Norwegian coastline.
The art of exquisite cuisine
Savor the rich bounty of the Norwegian coast, crafted into sublime dishes that showcase Nordic gastronomy at its best.

Flora
The main restaurant’s name is inspired by Norway’s herbs, berries, mushrooms, flowers, fruit, and vegetables. Come here for bountiful breakfast buffets and à la carte lunches and dinners.

Brasserie Árran
Named after the northern Sámi word for the fire at the heart of their traditional lavvo tent, this brasserie specializes in traditional Norwegian cuisine with a twist.

Røst
Dine in style at restaurant Røst, our à la carte option. You’ll savor exquisite dishes crafted by our most skilled chefs, using the finest ingredients the Norwegian coast has to offer. Located on deck 8 with magnificent views over the coastline.
A sense of what's to come
You can expect the same premium touches and small-ship charm that define our Signature voyages when you sail on the refurbished MS Midnatsol. Her sister ship, MS Trollfjord, can give you an idea of what we are working towards (illustrative images).
