Lofoten Seaweed was founded by fisherman’s daughter Angelita and foodie Tamara, who – influenced by their Norwegian and Japanese heritages – combine the world’s purest seafood with their cherished culinary traditions. Despite their different backgrounds they are united by the same belief – that the future of food lies in the ocean.
