Tour one of the most scenic fjords in Norway in one of Europe’s last wildernesses
Bergsfjord has white-sand beaches and turquoise waters in summer, earning it the nickname ‘Caribbean of the North’
Visit Senja, the second largest island in Norway, often called “the fairytale island”
Listen to stories about the local people in Hamn
Before setting out, a short storytelling session introduces you to the history of the coastal people who have made Hamn their home.
The boat then carries you out onto turquoise waters among lush islands and white coral beaches – a stretch of coastline on Norway's second-largest island often called the Caribbean of the North. Sea eagles, seals and colonies of cormorants are all possible sightings along the way.
In the evening, the light here is extraordinary. At the height of summer, the Midnight Sun hangs low above a horizon of islets and reefs – one of the most beautiful sights Norway has to offer.
