Your bus tour begins at a spectacular viewpoint overlooking Beskelandsfjorden and the vast Norwegian Sea, before continuing to Roan Church. Known as the Cathedral of Fosen, this cherished stone church has stood at the heart of the community since 1702, and your short visit includes an intimate musical performance by the organist or choir.
From there, you'll head to Leirvågan Farm on the rugged shoreline, where the owners have cultivated a diverse range of organic produce using regenerative methods. A guided tour of the beautiful gardens is followed by an artisanal market and a tasting of local food and drink – a genuine flavour of life in Roan.

The excursion starts in the town centre of Bessaker, around 1.5 km from the ship. Upon arrival a welcome delegation will guide all guests into the town centre of Bessaker. There is a minibus transfer (max 16 seats) for guests who can't walk that far.
