Start your day with a breakfast to remember at mainland Europe’s northernmost point on this scenic bus tour from Honningsvåg.
Visit the North Cape early in the morning
Enjoy a tasty breakfast buffet while overlooking the Barents Sea
See a film about how the North Cape changes throughout the seasons
Admire the majestic Porsangerfjord from the bus
The North Cape rises 307 metres (1,000 feet) above the Arctic Ocean. Unlike the travellers of old who once had to climb up the cliff, you’ll be taking a bus from Honningsvåg all the way to the top. Here, you’ll have some time to explore the plateau and pose for photos at the iconic globe monument.
Your lavish buffet will be waiting in the North Cape Hall, where you can enjoy your breakfast while soaking up the views over the Barents Sea. Afterwards, learn more about the four seasons of the North Cape through a panoramic film, tour the chapel and small museum, or browse the souvenir shop.
On your way back, the bus travels through an underwater tunnel that connects the island of Magerøya with the mainland. It then continues south along majestic Porsangerfjord, before heading back towards the coast to Hammerfest, one of the world’s northernmost towns, where you’ll rejoin the ship.
