From Kristiansund, you'll travel to Bergtatt, where guides kit you out with the necessary gear and walk you through safety before leading you into the enchanting marble caves. Mining has taken place here since 1938 and continues in other parts of the mountain today.
You’ll head into the heart of the mountain and board rafts on the illuminated crystal-clear lake. As you glide along the calm water, you'll stop to get a taste of the pure water that springs from the rock wall.
The journey continues to the Grand Hall, where a candlelit underground dining experience awaits. You’ll feast on a warming meat and vegetable stew, made from local ingredients, while learning more about the marble mine in a fascinating film.
Emerging into the daylight, you'll board the bus for a short scenic tour of Molde before returning to the ship.
