This is a guided land and sea adventure. Alongside your Hurtigruten cruise, you’ll stay in handpicked hotels across Finland, Norway and Iceland, travel by train and coach, and join guided tours and experiences. You’ll see more on land, travel with the same Tour Manager, and share the journey with a small group of fellow explorers.
Yes. Your English-speaking Tour Manager will be with you every step of the way, from Helsinki to Reykjavik. They’ll also be on board during your voyage to help with logistics, group coordination, and excursions.
Groups are usually around 20–30 guests. It’s small enough for a relaxed, personal experience, with time to get to know your Tour Manager and fellow travellers.
On board, you’ll sail with other guests on one of our Hurtigruten ships, which can accommodate up to 500 passengers.
International flights are not included. You’ll need to arrange your own travel to Helsinki at the start and from Reykjavik at the end.
All transfers listed in the itinerary are taken care of - including an internal flight from Bergen to Reykjavik.
On board the ship, you’ll enjoy full board – breakfast, lunch and dinner in the main restaurant each day. On land, you'll enjoy daily breakfast at your hotel plus two lunches and five dinners. Drinks are not included unless stated otherwise, and any other meals are at your own expense.
You’ll stay in 4-star standard hotels and lodges, plus five nights on board a Hurtigruten ship in your chosen cabin. A highlight is two nights in Finnish Lapland, sleeping under glass roofs designed for stargazing and soaking in the endless light of the Midnight Sun.
This tour includes a handpicked mix of Nordic experiences. Visit a reindeer farm in Lapland, enjoy a husky safari, and take guided tours of Helsinki, Bergen, and Reykjavik. In Iceland, you’ll also have entry to the Blue Lagoon, FlyOver Iceland, Perlan Museum, and the Lava Centre.
During your voyage, you can add optional shore excursions at an additional cost.
