Gaze in awe at the magical Northern Lights should they appear during your ride.
After gearing up with your guides, you'll set off from Mehamn across mountain terrain and snow-covered valleys toward Kjøllefjord, one of Finnmark’s historic fishing communities.
Along the way, your guides will share stories about local life, Sámi culture, and the unique geography of this remote Arctic region.
The experience changes with the season. In winter, you may travel beneath the Northern Lights while surrounded by pristine snow-covered landscapes. In spring, longer daylight hours and milder temperatures bring a different perspective to the scenery, and the aurora may still make an appearance.
At the halfway point, you'll transfer to a short bus ride that takes you down to Kjøllefjord, where you'll rejoin the ship.
