Discover the wonders of the Alaskan Inside Passage, carved from the coastline by colossal glaciers. Board our small boats (RIBs), where knowledgeable local guides will be on hand to show you the natural wonders of Wrangell’s surrounding waterways.

Cruise across the Eastern Passage towards Deadman’s Island, keeping your eyes on the sky to catch a glimpse of some of Alaska’s famous birdlife. This small island is home to a population of nesting eagles that can often be seen soaring above the waters near Wrangell.

Depending on conditions, we will attempt to make a nature landing along the shoreline to see this unique landscape and its vibrant nature up close. We may spot bear, moose, and deer in the region. In summer months, the area’s rivers and creeks come alive as leaping salmon making their way upstream to spawn. Step ashore and admire the beautiful scenery before returning to the small boats (RIBs) for the return trip to Wrangell.
