Learn about dogsled racing, breeding, and animal welfare.
Join a short, guided nature walk in the surrounding area.
Enjoy a hot drink and a slice of homemade chocolate cake served in a traditional Sámi lavvu (tent).
We are a family-run dogsledding kennel, founded over 30 years ago by the renowned dogsled racer Tove Sørensen. She was awarded the ‘Most Inspirational Musher’ award for her participation in the Iditarod, the world’s longest dog-sled race. She’s also the first woman ever to compete more than 20 times in Finnmarksløpet, the world’s second-longest dog-sled race.
You will of course also have plenty of time to get to know and pet our dogs. The visit to the puppy enclosure is a special highlight for adults and kids alike! Coffee and a piece of homemade chocolate cake make for a perfect afternoon.
