Head outside of Sitka to visit the Alaska Raptor Center. The Center operates Alaska’s foremost rehabilitation program, taking in injured birds of prey until they are ready to return to the wild. The Center’s bird-care professionals and volunteers rescue a variety of birds, including eagles, owls, and hawks.
After your introduction to the Center, you will experience a presentation with one of the Center's educational birds.
