Itinerary for your Pre-Program
Day 1: Arrive in Bergen
Enjoy an overnight hotel stay in the heart of the city. If you have time, you can explore the city at your leisure before the tour the next morning.
Day 2: Guided hike on Mount Fløyen
After a delicious breakfast, your guide will meet you at the hotel and take you on foot to the lower cable car station, where you’ll ride the Fløibanen Funicular up the mountain.
Once at the top, your guide will show you around some of the most iconic lakes and walking paths of Mount Fløyen. Soaring at over 1,300 feet above sea level, you’ll enjoy breathtaking views of the city of Bergen from the top of the mountain. At the end of your hike, you will take the cable car down and head back to your hotel to collect your baggage. Then, you’ll catch a transfer to the port where your expedition ship awaits.
