Spend the night in Longyearbyen and explore the city
Cruise through spectacular Arctic scenery in a closed hybrid boat
Explore the glaciers, icy vistas and sub-polar landscapes of Isfjorden
Attempt to get up close to fascinating walruses
Day 1: Cruise Isfjorden from Longyearbyen
After disembarkation, you'll transfer to your hotel in Longyearbyen. You'll have some free time to explore the city before your excursion. You'll enjoy a wildlife watching trip to the Svalbard archipelago. We'll explore Isfjorden in a closed hybrid boat among beautiful Arctic scenery and wildlife. Using the boat's electric motor, we’ll cruise silently towards Borebukta where we hope to see walruses. If they appear, their natural curiosity may allow us to get quite close. Then it's time for hot drinks and freshly baked buns before heading back to your Longyearbyen hotel.
Day 2: Return to Oslo
After a delicious breakfast in your hotel, you’ll transfer to the airport for your return flight to Oslo. Your Post-Program adventure comes to an end on arrival at Oslo airport.
