Arctic Circlehike

The Arctic Circle crosses Iceland at the northernmost point on Grimsey Island. Enjoy a fun crossing ceremony with the Expedition Team. Then walk to the artwork Orbis et Globus – Circle and Sphere. It is placed on the Arctic Circle. As the Arctic Circle slowly moves northwards, the artwork is moved accordingly. You’ll get amazing photo opportunities of magnificent scenery and birdlife, like puffins, Arctic Terns, and Golden-Plovers.
