Hedda Felin
Hedda Felin (née en 1978) est directrice générale d'Hurtigruten et présidente du conseil d'administration d'Hurtigruten Svalbard, les activités du groupe à Longyearbyen.

Formation et début de carrière
Hedda est titulaire d'une maîtrise en politique et administration internationales à Sciences Po Paris. Après avoir terminé ses études, elle a commencé sa carrière chez Capgemini Consulting, où elle a principalement travaillé sur des projets internationaux dans le secteur maritime, le pétrole ou le gaz, pour le compte d'entreprises basées en Norvège, en Afrique ou en Asie.
Equinor
Elle s'est ensuite tournée vers le secteur de l'énergie, travaillant pendant plus de 14 ans pour Equinor (anciennement Statoil). Elle y a occupé plusieurs postes de direction, notamment celui de directrice de l'organisation des ventes en Europe et celui de directrice de la sécurité et du développement durable au niveau mondial.
Les dernières fonctions de Mme Felin chez Equinor ont été celles de vice-présidente principale du développement international et de la production, où elle a dirigé les opérations d'Equinor au Royaume-Uni, puis celles de chef du bureau du PDG et de conseillère du PDG.
Hurtigruten
Elle a pris le poste de PDG d'Hurtigruten Norvège en mars 2021 et a joué un rôle central dans la conduite de l'entreprise au cours d'une période marquée par la pandémie de coronavirus, les changements mondiaux et une attention accrue portée à la durabilité dans l'industrie du tourisme.
Depuis 2025, Hurtigruten est une entreprise totalement indépendante dirigée par Hedda, suite à la séparation de la compagnie de croisières d'expédition HX du groupe Hurtigruten.
La flotte d'Hurtigruten se compose de dix navires au total, dont sept qui assurent la liaison classique de l'Express Côtier entre Bergen et Kirkenes.
Elle a également joué un rôle déterminant dans le lancement des croisières Signature de l'entreprise, notamment les traversées d'Oslo et de Hambourg vers le Cap Nord (ligne du Cap Nord) avec le MS Trollfjord et le MS Finnmarken, ainsi que les traversées estivales de Bergen vers le Spitzberg (ligne du Spitzberg) avec le MS Trollfjord.

Directeur des opérations
Gerry Larsson-Fedde
Gerry is responsible for all maritime operations on Hurtigruten’s ships. He is also in charge of areas such as HSE (health, safety, and environment), emergency preparedness, and the Sea Zero project.
He grew up in Bergen in a maritime family, with a father who worked on several Hurtigruten ships.
Gerry is a trained navigator from the Norwegian Naval Academy and has a background as a deck officer, commanding officer, and captain in the Royal Norwegian Navy, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, and Celebrity Cruises.
Gerry has also held leadership and managing director positions at the Norwegian Hydrographic Service, Troms Offshore Supply, Costa Cruises, and Carnival Maritime.

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Per-Hermod Rasmussen
Per-Hermod joined Hurtigruten in 2024 with over 20 years of leadership experience in financial management and finance within international companies in the maritime and logistics sectors, including Ocean Rig, Eitzen Chemical and Wilh. Wilhelmsen.
He also has extensive experience in the financial sector from DNB and ABG Sundal Collier. He holds a degree in economics from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and has previously served as CFO in several companies.
Per-Hermod grew up in Molde and, as a child, could "set his watch" by the arrival of Hurtigruten ships in the town.

Chef des produits et de l'hôtellerie
Andre Pettersen
André is responsible for hotel operations, product development, food and beverage, and all aspects of Hurtigruten’s land excursions and packaged tours.
At Hurtigruten, he has led fleet upgrades, contributed to new builds and played a key role in developing the food concept Norway’s Coastal Kitchen, focusing on local ingredients. He was also instrumental in the development of Hurtigruten’s Signature voyages: the Svalbard Line and the North Cape Line.
André’s background is in the restaurant and hotel industry, with experience from leading Scandinavian hotel chains such as Scandic, Rica and Choice Hotels.
He joined Hurtigruten in 2016 after studying hotel management and co-founding a luxury hotel in Stavanger. Since then, he has been responsible for hotel operations across Hurtigruten’s then global fleet in Norway, Greenland, Iceland, and Antarctica. André has been part of the leadership team since 2021.

VP Communication et Affaires publiques
Anne Solsvik
Anne Solsvik leads the department for communication, PR and government relations at Hurtigruten.
Anne joined Hurtigruten in 2022. She has a background from the Norwegian Parliament and Government, where she worked as an advisor and most recently served as State Secretary for party leader Guri Melby in the Liberal Party during the Solberg government.
She has also been an advisor and partner at the consultancy firm First House.

Chief Strategy and People Officer
Ragnhild Sanderud
Ragnhild leads the Strategy and People teams in Hurtigruten. She joined the company in 2017 and has held various positions within the company. She has been part of Hurtigruten’s leadership team since 2021.
Ragnhild has background as a consultant in the consulting firm Deloitte and holds a MSC in Economics and Business administration from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).

VP Revenue Management
Per Martin Røer
Per Martin joined Hurtigruten in March 2016 and has held various roles in revenue optimisation and revenue management before taking charge of the department and joining Hurtigruten’s Executive Leadership Team in 2021.
He began his career at Statistics Norway (SSB) and has experience from major Norwegian commercial companies, including seven years at the airline Norwegian and two years working with analysis and loyalty at NorgesGruppen.

Chief Information Officer (CIO)
Hans Petter F. Riise-Hanssen
Hans Petter joined Hurtigruten in 2024 with over 15 years of experience in senior leadership positions in IT and technology.
He has an extensive international background implementing IT strategies, digital solutions and services across countries and industries.
Before joining Hurtigruten he held senior positions in ISS world services, DSV, Ingram Micro and Brightpoint.

Interim Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)
Christopher Roe
Chris joined Hurtigruten in June 2024, and in September he was appointed as interim CCO covering areas including trade and consumer sales, managing the six country teams, global marketing and digital marketing.
Chris has over 30 years’ experience in the travel industry having worked as a senior Board Director with brands such as Thomson Holidays, Expedia, Virgin Holidays and more recently Accor Hotels as SVP Sales, Distribution & Loyalty.
Chris set up his management consultancy company in 2022 helping many travel companies with their distribution and sales strategies.
