This tour combines a land and sea journey. You'll begin your adventure in Finnish Lapland, riding through snow-covered landscapes within the Arctic Circle. You'll then embark on your 6-day cruise on The Coastal Express, from Kirkenes to Bergen. Finally, you'll board the iconic Flåm Railway and ride into Oslo as the last stop on your tour.

The itinerary, accommodation and transfers are all arranged for you - so you can explore Norway your own way, with everything taken care of behind the scenes.

Four ships sail this route: MS Richard With, MS Nordkapp, MS Polarlys, and MS Nordnorge.

Your tour includes a daily breakfast throughout. On land, there are 3 lunches and 4 dinners included. On board The Coastal Express, there are 6 lunches and 5 dinners included. A special farewell dinner in Oslo is also included at the end of your journey.

There is so much more to do on board than just watch the Norwegian coast sail by. Our Expedition Team run daily lectures, presentations, on-deck talks and evening gatherings tailored to the season. Expect around 10–15 lectures on topics such as history, wildlife, geology and the Northern Lights (in winter) or the Midnight Sun (in summer).

You'll also find a sauna on board, as well as outdoor hot tubs to relax in.

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the ship - both in your cabin and in communal areas.

Norwegian and English are the official onboard languages. Some members of the Expedition Team, reception staff and service crew also speak German. On board MS Richard With, some of the Expedition Team also speak French. Most of our excursions are guided in two or three languages. Please contact the Expedition Team on board for further information.

No, excursions are not included in the price of the voyage. These can be booked for an additional cost - either when you book your voyage, in the My Booking portal, or with the Expedition Team on board.
