Port Addresses and Timings
Oslo Revierkaia, Revierstredet, 0150 Oslo
Check-in opens at 12:30 and closes at 17:00. Cabins are available from 15:00. The health and safety briefing will be in the forward conference room on deck 5 before the ship’s departure at 20:00.
MS Trollfjord will arrive to Oslo at 08:00 at the end of the voyage.
Tromsø Prostneset, Kai 8 (next to the terminal), Samuel Arnesens gate 3, 9008 Tromsø
Check-in opens at 11:00 and closes at 17:00. A mandatory health and safety brief will take place onboard. Cabins are available from 15:00. MS Trollfjord departs Tromsø at 18:00.
MS Trollfjord will arrive to Tromsø at 10:00.
Oslo
Arrival – Flytoget and Hotel in Oslo, day(s) prior to embarkation
Please check your personal itinerary if you have Oslo transfer Flytoget or a hotel night booked.
If you have booked the Oslo transfer with Hurtigruten, you’ll provided with a Flytoget ticket in your email. Please follow the instructions here on how to access your ticket and to use the Flytoget.
If booked through Hurtigruten, you may be in the Clarion Hotel The Hub or in the Thon Hotel Opera. Clarion Hotel The Hub is located within 200 meters walking distance from the closest exit to the Byporten shopping of the Oslo Sentralstasjon (Oslo Central Station). Thon Hotel Opera is a 230-meter walk from the south entrance of Oslo Sentralstasjon. Please click here to find a map of the station and the location of your hotel.
Check-in for Oslo hotels is available at 15:00 and luggage can be stored there for early arrivals. If booked through Hurtigruten, breakfast will be included at the hotel.
The rest of the day is yours to explore the capital of Norway!
Embarking MS Trollfjord – Day of departure
You may embark and check-in on board starting from 12:30 and check-in closes at 17:00. The Oslo Central Station is a 700-meter walk from the Revierkaia port.
Once on board, everyone must attend the safety briefing, which will be conducted on board in the lecture hall.
Lunch will be served in the main restaurant, Flora, between 12:30 – 14:30. Cabins are ready at 15:00. After you’ve settled in, our Expedition Team will be waiting to meet you to give you information about upcoming activities and lectures.
MS Trollfjord sets sail from Oslo at 20:00.
Departure – Disembarking in Oslo
Your journey will end in Oslo’s Revierkaia port at 08:00.
If you have booked the Oslo transfer with Hurtigruten, you’ll be provided with a Flytoget ticket in your email. Please follow the instructions here on how to access your ticket and to use the Flytoget. The Oslo Central Station is a 700-meter walk from the Revierkaia port.
If you have questions about getting to the Oslo Central Station after your voyage, please check with the crew while on board.
If there are questions regarding getting to the airport, please contact reception the day prior to disembarking, they are happy to offer advice.
Tromsø
Arrival – Transfer and hotel, day(s) prior to embarkation
If you have pre-booked the transfer from the airport to the hotel, the red Bussring buses will stop throughout the city centre. You can find more information on our website here. Please be sure to present your transfer voucher.
Please check your personal itinerary if you have booked a hotel in Tromsø with Hurtigruten. Check-in is at 15:00 for all hotels. Breakfast will be included at your hotel. The rest of the day is yours to explore and enjoy Tromsø, the Arctic Capital of Norway.
Embarking MS Trollfjord
Check-in on board in Tromsø is open from 11:00 and closes at 17:00.
Lunch will be served on board in the main restaurant, Flora, from 12:00-14:00. Your cabin will be ready for you at 15:00. On board, you’ll be notified when the Coastal Experience Team will take you through the mandatory safety briefing before the ship’s departure.
Please be sure to be on board MS Trollfjord by 17:00 at the latest.MS Trollfjord departs Tromsø at 18:00.
Departure – Disembarking in Tromsø
Your voyage will end in Tromsø at 10:00.
If pre-booked, check in for any Tromsø hotel is at 15:00. The rest of the afternoon is yours to explore the Arctic Capital of Norway.
