Flora, fauna and ancient culture

Agua Blanca is located inside Machalilla National Park, near Puerto López. Observe the pre-Columbian ruins that form an ancient solar calendar. What makes Machalilla National Park truly unique is that it’s home to the only dry tropical forest in the world. In the marine part of the park, it’s also possible to see whales that return to the coast of Ecuador every year from the Antarctic.
