Visit the volcanic crater called Cova Crater, which includes an agricultural plantation. From the edge of the crater, hike down to Paul Valley through banana, sugar cane, and coffee plantations. Visit Ribeira da Torre, one of the most beautiful places in Santo Antão. Then, you will have lunch in the village of Ribeira Grande. Next, visit a traditional distillery where you will have the chance to taste the local liqueur Grogue, a drink for courageous souls.
