Your tour first goes to the ‘Native Farm’, where you learn about the way of life of the local inhabitants through the crops they grow and the animals they keep. Next we visit the ‘Island Eco Park’, which exhibits the traditions of the island through architecture, agriculture and music. Enjoy a traditional cultural presentation and refreshment here.

We then continue to the First Baptist Church, perched atop one of the highest hills on the island. The white clapboard church is one of the oldest buildings on the island at more than 150 years old. In addition to the church’s social and cultural value, its location offers some the best panoramic views of the island.

Next, we take a guided walk through the botanical gardens. Discover the many different species of plants and flowers that are endemic to San Andrés before heading to the 'Casa Museo’ or House Museum. The museum is in a traditional wooden house constructed to imitate British colonial houses on the other neighbouring islands such as Jamaica and has been preserved as an example of how the wealthier islanders originally lived. The guides will explain the customs and traditions of the island families on this comprehensive introduction to San Andrés
