Onboard MS Maud, there are three different restaurants offering a wide range of food experiences to enjoy. In Aune, our main dining room, you can enjoy buffet breakfast and lunch followed by a three-course dinner prepared by our experienced Chefs. Fredheim is our informal fast food café serving international dishes in a relaxed atmosphere. Finally we have Lindstrøm, our fine dining restaurant providing a rich culinary experience at sea.

Lindstrøm

Adolf Lindstrøm was the chef on Otto Sverdrup and Roald Amundsen's legendary Arctic and Antarctic expeditions. Named in his honour, Lindstrøm is our gourmet speciality restaurant onboard. Bringing a contemporary twist to fine dining, the restaurant serves exquisite meals prepared by our skilled chefs.
