Welcome to Polar Park – The worlds northernmost wildlife park. Polar Park is home to Norway`s large predators such as bear, wolves, and lynx as well as deer, moose, reindeer, wolverine. You meet the animals in beautiful surroundings in their natural habitat. The animals in the park is in their natural surroundings. The park takes pride in being one of the animal parks in the world with the most area per animal placing great emphasis on animal welfare. A guide will welcome you to the park and take you on a guided tour. On this tour you`ll walk through the park and the guide will inform you about the animals.

Practical information

  • Language: English, Norwegian.

  • Included: Coffee, and Waffles.

  • Remarks/requirements: Since Polar Park is a outdoor walking park where the guiding takes place we recommend that guests are informed that there is some hills and snow and be prepared with footwear/clothing. 

  • Walking information: The walk around the park is 3 km long and will take approximately 1.5 hours. You have to be able to walk around the park on your own. Spikes are available for purchase if the roads are slippery.

  • Wheelchair accessible: No
