After a coach transfer, your tour of Santa Marta’s historic centre begins at the picturesque Malecón. Drink in the views before continuing to the lively Parque de los Novios, lovers' park. In Parque Bolívar, you can enjoy the tranquillity, before we stop to admire the 17th-century cathedral, Colombia’s oldest church.
You’ll then visit the beautifully restored Gold Museum. Located in one of the city’s oldest colonial buildings, the museum exhibits an array of fascinating gold and pottery treasures.
