Make the delightful journey up the river Dart to Greenway House and Gardens. Here, Agatha Christie gathered with her family and friends for long summer days together, often to celebrate a novel just completed for publication. Visit the house before taking a stroll around the Greenway gardens. The beautiful garden is renowned for its rare half-hardy plants, underplanted with drifts of native wildflowers.
Remarks/requirements: Sensible walking attire is recommended. Comfortable walking shoes and sun/rain protection may be needed.
Walking information: Very steep hill up to the house from the ferry pontoon. Flat leisure walking once at the house.
