Price Promise Guide: How It Works, Requirements, and How to Claim

How Our Price Promise Works

  • Book your voyage with us before 31 March 2026.

  • If the price drops after booking and up to 90 days before departure, we’ll match that price – and refund the difference

So if you book a trip for $2,000, and later see the same trip for $1,800, we’ll refund the $200 difference!

Price Promise Requirements

To qualify, the lower price must be for the same booking, including the same:

  • Ship and route

  • Departure date

  • Cabin type

  • Number of guests

  • Offer or fare type

Terms & Conditions

  • Offer valid for new bookings made from 5 January 2026 to 31 March 2026 for all Hurtigruten departures on or after 5 January 2026. Bookings made after the offer period will not qualify.

  • No booking holds are permitted. The minimum deposit required under our current Booking Terms & Conditions must be made to confirm the Price Promise.

  • Price Promise: Where the price for the same voyage is reduced between the time of booking and 90 days prior to scheduled departure, we will reduce the value of the booking. The value of the price difference shall be applied first to reduce the balance of any amount due and thereafter by way of refund.

  • To obtain Price Promise reduction guest MUST request a relevant reduction directly through our Hurtigruten Coastal Specialist Team (or your Travel Agent) in each case no less than 90 days prior to scheduled departure. Requests after this date or bookings not in compliance with our Booking Terms & Conditions will be excluded.

  • Only reductions on an exact like-for-like basis apply including tour code, ship, departure date, cabin category, cabin occupancy and booking channel.

  • Reductions apply only to Tour Code components and do not apply to optional excursions, pre/post tours, insurance, additional hotel accommodation, transfers, international arrival and departure flights, arrival and departure packages and group bookings.

  • This offer applies to bookings made with future cruise credit/voucher offers, where applicable.

  • The following pricing and promotions are excluded from this offer: pricing within 90 days of scheduled departure, Group Pricing, Tour Operator, Black Friday pricing and promotions (where an agent is packaging a Hurtigruten Cruise) and third-party Travel Agent brand promotions, special pricing or loyalty schemes.

  • For Trade partners this promotion applies to FIT bookings made via the Agent Portal but excludes group bookings.

  • This offer is not combinable with any other offer, promotion or discount unless expressly stated. This offer has no cash value.

  • Hurtigruten has the right to limit, change, or discontinue this offer at any time without notice.

  • Otherwise, payment, cancellation, refund and other terms are as per our terms and conditions.
