Hurtigruten reduces production on the Norwegian Coast to two ships
With current travel restrictions and quarantine requirements for travelling to Norway international travel is limited to a minimum. Hurtigruten has therefore decided in consultation with Norwegian Ministry of Transport and Communications to reduce production on the Norwegian Coast. Hurtigruten will by 2[nd] of October operate the route between Bergen and Kirkenes with two ships. With only two ships in operation on the Norwegian Coast Hurtigruten’s net cash burn rate per month is c.EUR12-15m before working capital.
