Hurtigruten Group AS: Fixed Income Investor Meetings

Oslo, 7 June 2022. Hurtigruten Group AS (the "Company") has mandated Danske Bank and DNB Markets as Joint Bookrunners to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings commencing on 8 June 2022. An up to EUR 25,000,000 tap of the outstanding senior unsecured green bond issue maturing in February 2025 (ISIN: NO0012436270) may follow, subject to inter alia market conditions.

Net proceeds from the contemplated green bond tap issue will be used in accordance with the green bond framework to fund environmental upgrade projects to reduce CO2 emissions with up to 25% and to reduce NOX emissions of up to 80%.

In connection with the contemplated green bond tap issue, the shareholder of the Company will contribute equity or similar subordinated capital in the amount of EUR 25,000,000 to the Company.
