Employee resource group

Hurtigruten Group's LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group is open to anyone who wants to join, whether you identify as LGBTQ+ or you are an ally; whichever Hurtigruten brand you work for; or whether you work on sea or land.

The main focus of the ERG is to create a space for all LGBTQ+ employees and allies at the various Hurtigruten brands to (virtually) meet and support both each other and the company's goal to become more diverse and inclusive. Additionally, to ensure Hurtigruten represents its LGBTQ+ employees when doing business. This includes ensuring no colleague of ours is suffering from any form of homophobia, transphobia, or any other bullying or discrimination.

Together we can make our voices heard collectively and shape change. And together, we will create a board to be better organized, and together we will create the mission statement and goals to advance the ERG forward. That is why none of these have been created by HR before the launch because it is up to us to set our own terms.
