Ole-Marius first joined Hurtigruten in 2018 having joined from McKinsey & Company where he worked in management consultancy for three years.
His remit covers around half of Hurtigruten Group’s services, encompassing all IT services and digital development. He holds an M.Sc in Computer Science from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and an MBA from renowned business school INSEAD.
His favourite Hurtigruten destination is Svalbard where he says you will «always find something new to experience» on every visit.He also loves the Norwegian coastline and finds the stretches in Lofoten and Vesterålen to be «absolutely breathtaking».
When he is not in the office, you will find Ole-Marius on the water and spends lots of time with his family on their small sailboat, Leia.
