Itinerary for your Post-Programme:
Day 1: Sintra, Monserrate Palace and Cascais
After disembarkation, we'll visit the golden beaches of Cascais on the Portuguese Riviera, along with its bustling harbour.
Next, you'll visit the parks and palace of Monserrate Palace, a masterpiece of Romanticism. Stroll its sublime gardens full of ruins and exotic flowers, then enjoy a typical Portuguese lunch in a local restaurant.
Afterwards, we'll visit the UNESCO-listed town of Sintra, with its 19th century architecture, pastel villas and castles. After seeing the sights we'll travel to Lisbon, where you'll spend the night at a hotel. Enjoy the evening on your own.
Day 2: Lisbon and departure
Your Post-Programme ends with a delicious breakfast at your hotel. If you have time, enjoy Lisbon's history, architecture and UNESCO sites before returning home.
