We will visit MS Polstjerna, the best-preserved seal hunting vessel (we do not enter the exhibit); Bukta, Tromsø’s most beautiful sandy beach; a farm at Holt, the only farm on Tromsøya; Prestvannet, the biggest lake on the island which is a bird paradise and nature reserve; a ski-jump hill that serves as the best lookout in the town; the Tromsø Arctic-Alpine Botanical Garden, where we walk the paths between exotic plants and soak in the tranquil atmosphere of this magic place; and downtown Tromsø.

Practical information

  • Language: English and German

  • Included: Guide, e-bike, bike helmet, hot drink, sweet snack, reflective vest

  • Remarks/requirements: Winter clothes are not included in the trip. Guests must dress for the weather and in layers, including windproof and waterproof clothes. You will heat up during activity and cool off when we stop for breaks.

  • Walking information: 0.3 miles in the city to reach the shop.

  • Wheelchair accessible: No.
