Welsh life in Patagonia
From the pier, you’ll be transferred to the small town of Gaiman. Welsh immigrants settled in Gaiman around 150 years ago and their descendants still preserve Welsh culture and traditions, including religion, music and language.
While you’re there, you’ll visit the town museum and admire colonial artifacts, and visit a typical Welsh tea house for tea, cakes and sweet tarts. You’ll also be treated to a performance by an authentic Welsh choir.
