Gjøa Haven
Gjøa Haven. Being at the top of the world means sailing among beautiful but challenging ice formations. On this Northwest Passage voyage, like the voyages of the explorers before us, we will go where the ice allows. No matter where we sail or what we will see, we can promise a safe and thrilling expedition.
Our goal is to head into the heart of the Northwest Passage on this epic route. Depending on conditions, we hope to explore these historic sights: Gjøa Haven, Fort Ross, Beechey Island and Radstock Bay, Dundas Harbor and Pond Inlet. Along this stretch of the journey, we will be sailing in pristine straits that are home to rich wildlife, so we will be on the constant lookout for its inhabitants, such as the regal polar bears.
