Just outside the city of Bergen is one of the most exotic attractions along the western Norwegian coastline - Cornelius Seafood Restaurant.

Situated by the sea on a small island with spectacular views of the fjord, mountains, skerries and passing boats and ships, Cornelius is considered one of Norway's best seafood restaurants.

Inspired by the weather and catch of the day, Cornelius serves its famous “Meteorological Menu” of exquisite seafood and trimmings, prepared with innovative culinary techniques and a genuine passion for seafood.

Included is a beautiful boat trip starting at 6:00 pm from Dreggekaien to the restaurant and back.

*Included: Evening boat trip to/from Bergen's city center to Cornelius Restaurant (ca. 25 min cruise each way), and 3-course “Meteorological Dinner”. Drinks are not included.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION:

You can extend your travels with the program "Island Seafood Dinner & Boat Trip" on Hurtigruten sailings starting or ending in Bergen along the Norwegian coast.

  • This excursion operates from Monday to Saturday, except in the Christmas break from 19 December - 06 January.
  • Time: 6:00 pm - 10:30 pm, with pick up from Dreggekaien
  • Note: The menu can vary but mostly it comprises shellfish as starter, fish as main course and a seasonal dessert.
