Running track and outdoor gym
This just under one-tenth of a mile running track is the perfect place to enjoy a workout in the fresh ocean air. In warm climates, the cool sea breeze and the sound of the waves enhances our yoga, tai chi, and meditation sessions.

Indoor gym
Along with rowing machines, stationary exercise bikes, and free weights, guests can work up a good sweat on the latest angled treadmills and at Kinesis Personal fitness wall exercise stations.

Infinity Pool & Hot Tubs
Enjoy a dip in the infinity pool or soak in one of the two hot tubs while admiring beautiful views of the surrounding nature and wildlife. There are also lounge chairs available for sunbathing during expeditions in warm waters.
