Scenic drive and hiking at the end of the world
This excursion takes us to a wide variety of Patagonian landscapes, lakes and valleys. Depart from Ushuaia for a slow drive with a view of the city and the bay, to the Carbajal Valley panoramic viewpoint. From here, we discover the sub Antarctic forest and peat bogs during a 30-minute hike that ends at a lookout over the Alvear mountain range, some of the highest peaks in this region.
We continue the scenic drive towards the Garibaldi Pass and cross the Andes Mountains before descending towards beautiful Escondido Lake. We take a short break at Las Cotorras cross country ski resort and restaurant, before we return to Ushuaia.
