Aune, MS Roald Amundsen's Main Dining Room
This comfortable restaurant is full of windows, allowing you to enjoy spectacular views of the great outdoors while you eat. Aune draws its name from a family of ship chandlers in Tromsø, Norway, who supplied gear to some of the great polar explorers as they headed into the wilderness. Dishes are international, often with a Norwegian twist, so expect honest, home-cooked flavors, fit for an explorer. Breakfast buffets with made-to-order eggs give you the right start for your day, and a generous lunch serving keeps you satisfied throughout your excursions. Dinner will either be a buffet or three- to five-course dinners.
Fredheim, Known for Casual International Food
Relax here any time of day to scan the horizon, chat over a cup of coffee and a snack, or order a meal from the wide-ranging menu. Fredheim's open-kitchen concept is named after a famed trapper’s cabin in the Norwegian territory of Svalbard, not far from the North Pole. In the same way that very cabin now attracts tourists from around the world, Fredheim offers an international flair in each of the dishes served. Whatever your craving, take your pick of comfort food from all over including grilled cheeseburgers, kebabs, hot dogs, and juicy steamed dumplings.

Welcome to our upscale dining concept, named in honor of the chef who journeyed with Roald Amundsen on his polar expeditions. Suite guests can dine at Lindstrøm for both all-inclusive breakfast and dinner each day, while our remaining guests are warmly invited here for both meals on an à la carte basis. Lindstrøm brings the very best of gourmet Nordic cuisine, showcasing premium ingredients and inspired culinary creations. The dining room features classic Scandi-chic design and modern art , and the wine list is also first class. Overall, at Lindstrøm the service is impeccable, and the experience is not to be missed.
