This hike takes you from the centre of Rosendal on a pleasant walk along a gravel road and well-maintained path to the top of nearby Skalafjell. Along the way we pass the large Navarhaug cairn - erected in 2001 to commemorate the Rosendal Turnlag’s (hiking team) 100th anniversary. At the top, admire spectacular 360-degree views of mountains, valleys, ocean and fjord in the breathtakingly beautiful Hardangerfjord region of western Norway.
