Hike to the top of this spectacular island, often compared to the Galapagos for its diverse wildlife.
  • See many of the same species that you’d find on the Galapagos Islands

  • See an amazing diversity of birds, including the Red-footed Booby

  • Snorkel in an ecosystem where dolphins, humpback whales and green sea turtles thrive

Wildlife treasure walk

Hike Ecuador's most prominent site for birdwatching. Learn about the island’s natural and geological history. Enjoy the stunning view over cliffs and the open sea. With a bit of luck, you might see dolphins and hammerhead sharks! Look for the Magnificent Frigatebird, Brown Pelicans and the Blue-footed Booby too. Sir Francis Drake is said to have buried treasure here – it was never recovered.
