We depart from the pier towards the famous beach resorts of El Laucho and La Lisera. The drive will be slow for us to take pictures and enjoy the beautiful views. We will stop at the El Morro de Arica viewpoint and get off the bus to enjoy of a panoramic view of the city, ocean, and port. The Morro de Arica was an important location that the Chilean military used to its advantage during the Pacific War. We will continue southward along the coastal road to reach Corazones/Anzata.

This is a walking tour up to sandy hills. Most of the walk is on the sidewalls of these sandy mountains, passing through caves, caverns, and other spectacular sites. This hike leads us to the Puntilla, where you may see sea lions from a short distance and many local birds. After spending time at this point to relax, snap great pictures, and breathe in the ocean air, we walk back to the buses and return to the pier.

There is an optional drop-off point at the main entrance to the port area.
