In a distinctive building depicting ice blocks pushed on land by the rugged ocean in the Arctic, you will find Polaria, a unique museum and aquarium where you can learn about the Arctic, wildlife, and polar research.
Located in the centre of Tromsø, Polaria was established in connection with the move of the Norwegian Polar Institute to Tromsø. This visit promises to be educational and provide excellent context for your voyage here in the north of Norway. One of the most popular attractions here is the bearded seals and harbour seals who live here.
