This exclusive tour takes you on a journey into the heritage of The Coastal Express. The new national Hurtigruten Museum stands as a monument to Norway’s coastal history, located by the sea in our birthplace, Stokmarknes.

As you arrive, you’ll find a full-sized ship encased in a large glass building. Here, our very own MS Finnmarken from 1956 has been lovingly restored and transformed into a fascinating museum. On your 45-minute guided tour, you’ll see preserved archives, photographs, and artifacts that chronicle the evolution of The Coastal Express and its pivotal contribution to Norwegian coastal communities. You can explore MS Finnmarken’s bridge, galley, engine room, classic dining room, and cabins.

Celebrate the legacy of the original Norwegian coastal voyage and enjoy a visit like no other on this exclusive, expert-guided tour of the Hurtigruten Museum.
